People can't live without water. Drinking water is good for their health. Drinking water is a daily task, but many people never seem to care about the timing of drinking water. Most people only drink when they are thirsty. In fact, from the perspective of health, the human body needs water most at certain times. If water can be replenished in time at this time, it will help to ensure water balance. There are nine times in a day when you should replenish water!

1. After getting up in the morning
The human body loses about 450ml of water every night, and will be in a physiological state of water shortage after getting up in the morning. Before eating, it is best to drink a cup of cold and warm boiled water on an empty stomach, which can rapidly dilute the blood and improve dehydration at night. If conditions permit, a piece of fresh lemon can be added to remove stool and toxins.

2. Before going to bed at night
Don't drink too much water before going to bed, otherwise frequent waking up will affect your sleep, but you can't stop drinking water, and you should sip two mouthfuls before going to bed. Because when people sleep soundly, the water in the body is lost, causing the water in the blood to decrease and the blood viscosity to become higher. Drinking water properly before going to bed can alleviate this phenomenon and reduce the risk of cerebral thrombosis. In addition, it is better for the elderly to keep a glass of water beside the bed before going to bed. If they feel thirsty, they need to drink some immediately.

3. Before leaving the office after work
Office workers often neglect drinking water because of their busy 8-hour work. It is suggested that these people develop the habit of drinking a few drinks before going off duty. Because the bladder and kidney will be damaged due to long-term insufficient drinking water, which is easy to cause back pain and affect work efficiency. At this time, you don't need to drink too much. One paper cup is enough, otherwise you will be easy to "pee" on the way to work.

4. After eating salty
Eating too salty will lead to high blood pressure, reduced saliva secretion, oral mucosa edema, etc. If the food is salty, the first thing to do is to drink more water, preferably cold boiled water or lemonade. Try not to drink sugary drinks or yogurt, because sugar will increase thirst. More than 90% of light soybean milk is water, and it is rich in potassium, which can promote the excretion of sodium. It is also a good choice.

5. Half an hour after dinner
Don't drink water immediately after meals, or it will dilute and dilute saliva and gastric juice, weaken the activity of protease and affect digestion and absorption. It is recommended that ordinary people drink about 200 ml of water half an hour after meals. Drink in small sips, otherwise frequent and large amounts of water will easily burn the heart. People who are prone to heartburn should drink 3-4 small sips every 20-30 minutes 2-3 hours after meals.

6. After bathing
After taking a bath, many people often feel thirsty and drink a glass of water. However, after taking a hot bath, the blood vessels of the body will expand and the blood flow will increase. The heart will beat faster than usual. Drinking too fast will be bad for your health, especially for the elderly. They should drink a cup of warm water slowly with a small mouth.

7. Constipation
Lack of water is one of the causes of constipation. People with constipation can drink more water properly. They must drink with big mouths and swallow faster, so that water can reach the intestinal tract as soon as possible, stimulate intestinal peristalsis and promote defecation. While replenishing water, you can also eat leeks, celery, apples and other fruits and vegetables rich in dietary fiber to relieve constipation.

8. In case of fever
When a person has a high fever, he will dissipate heat in the form of sweating, so that a large amount of water is consumed, and dehydration will be caused in serious cases. Therefore, timely rehydration during fever is very important. You can drink a small amount of warm boiled water or warm glucose water for many times, about once every half an hour. It is also a good choice to drink millet porridge and mung bean soup.

9. When you are upset
Epinephrine is usually called "pain hormone". When a person is suffering and fidgety, adrenaline will soar. Like other body toxins, it can be discharged out of the body with water. Therefore, when you are upset, you might as well pour a cup of warm water and drink it slowly in your seat, which will relax your mood a lot.

Office workers often neglect to drink water due to work relationship, or prefer not to drink water to avoid suspicion of taking a nap. I hereby advise you not to drink less water for the reason that you can often run to the toilet. Because, for a long time, the bladder and kidney will be damaged due to insufficient water, which is easy to cause backache. As long as you develop the habit of drinking water slowly, your bladder will get used to it, and the frequency of going to the toilet will naturally decrease. It is normal to drink eight glasses of water every day and go to the toilet seven to eight times, which is necessary for the metabolism of the body.
