1000 | g | trotter |
Cooking Steps
1、Soak the trotter until the water turning red in advance, boil water in the pot, add ginger slices, cooking wine, then add the trotter to boil three minutes, remove and rinse it for later use
2、Peel the carrot and cut it into pieces, chop the corn into small pieces for later use
3、Put the trotter and ginger into the pot and stew
4、The soup has become white after boiling about an hour and a half. Add the carrot and the corn and cook for about 20 minutes. Then add salt and cook for 10 minutes before removing it out of the pot
5、Sprinkle green onions and the healthy soup is done.
