Efficacy

Glutinous rice: nourishing vital energy, invigorating the spleen and diarrhea, detoxifying eggs are rich in protein, fat, vitamins, iron, calcium, potassium and other minerals needed by the human body. The protein is a high-quality type, which has a repairing effect on liver tissue damage.

 

Ingredients

160 g Salted duck egg yolk
5 g Salt
500 g Sticky Rice
3 g White sugar
200 g Pork belly
4 g Soy sauce

 

 

Cooking Steps

Marinate the pork belly and condiments overnight

 

Soak the glutinous rice one night in advance and wash it clean. Put the seasoning in and marinate for about 2 hours

 

Wash the rice dumplings and cook them. Fold the rice dumplings into a funnel shape, put a layer of glutinous rice on the bottom and add the egg yolk and pork belly

 

Cover the top with glutinous rice and wrap it well

 

Tie the dumplings up. Use pressure cooker to cook the pig’s trotter for 70 minutes. If boiled in gas, it needs for 2 hours. You can add some salt and dark soy sauce in the water. After cooking, don’t pour the soup immediately. It will be better to soak overnight
