The weather is getting hotter and we tend to eat some light and nutritious food. As for me, i like to add some side dishes to my porridge, especially mushrooms and parsley, to make the porridge more fragrant. This oyster porridge is enjoyed fondness among my family.

 

Efficacy

Oysters also have the functions of “nourishing blood, supplementing blood and nourishing yin”, and have medicinal value such as treating weakness, relieving erysipelas and quenching thirst.

 

Ingredients

50 g Carrot
250 g Oysters
30 g Shiitakes
100 g Rice
50 g meat foam

 

Cooking Steps

1、Rinse the dried oysters briefly, then add ginger slices, soak them in water for three hours and drain them for later use.

 

2、Boil the water, add rice, dried oysters, and ginger slices, then add the right amount of cooking wine, and simmer for 30 minutes on a medium-low heat.

 

3、Then add diced carrots and diced mushrooms, continue to simmer for 10 minutes, and simmer until the rice noodles bloom.

 

4、Add the right amount of salt and pepper before boiling. Sprinkle some green onions and stir well.

 

5、The porridge would be more delicious while it is hot.
